Details

libfwupdate_via_nexus.so is a client / server API to update firmware across a Mesh network.

The server is running on the Mesh master and sends a send_updatecheck_info message to the client.
This makes the client running on a Mesh repeater send a send_doupdate message to the server describing
its own and all connected AVM hardware, same as a JUIS request would do.

The Mesh master running the server merges the requests from all clients running on all Mesh repeaters,
and performs a combined JUIS request to AVM. If JUIS finds updates they are filtered for the respective client.
And are sent to each to perform the respective update.

The server is used by libcmapi.so for ctlmgr, the client is used by libcmapi.so for ctlmgr and the moved plugin
libmove_nw_s.so,

This is just a guess and the handshake may look different but it helps to get the picture about the client / server relation.
